FOOTWEAR MEASUREMENT GUIDE

This is our easy to follow, do it yourself measurement guide that will help ensure you get the perfect fitting pair of boots. It's easier than you might think and can be done with a few simple tools. You can do this!

Before you begin it is advised that you wear the same type of socks that you anticipate wearing with your new boots. Measurements are most easily taken with a flexible measuring tape like the one in the photos below. If you do not have one of these you can easily take the measurement with a piece of non elastic string and transfer it to a ruler or tape to get the measurement. When using the tape or string it is important that the tape be snug but not so tight as to compress the foot. You will also need a pencil and a piece of paper larger than your foot. It can be helpful to have a friend help you with the measuring but it can also be done on your own.

Step1- Record the length of right and left feet. Stand with your feet against a wall next to a ruler and record the length of both feet in cm. From here on you will be recording the measurements of whichever foot is longer.

Step 2- Stand with your longer foot on a piece of paper. Trace the outline of your foot ensuring that the pencil is 90 degrees (perpendicular, straight up and down). Do not tilt the pencil in or out as this will distort the tracing. On the paper, mark the widest points on your foot both big toe side and pinkie toe side. The big toe side should be a little bit forward and the pinkie a little back so that a line joining the two is on an angle across your foot like in the picture. Next mark these three reference points on the top of your foot.

A-the central point between the widest points of your foot (as above).
B- the point where your shin meets your foot
C-a point half way between points A and B

Step 3- Record Circumference at point AThis is the circumference of your foot at the widest point of your foot. The tape should be on a bit of an angle to connect with the widest points on the paper. Remember the tape should be snug but not so tight as to compress the foot.

Step 4- Record Circumference at point C

Step 5- Record Circumfrence at point B. The tape travels around the back of your ankle and around point B.

Step 6- Measure up your leg 16cm, record the circumference at this point.

Step 7- On the tracing of your foot, measure the distance from the centre of your heel to the widest points on the inside and outside of your foot, record.

Step 9- Record the width of your foot at its widest point.

SUSPENDERS MEASUREMENT GUIDE

Follow these steps to ensure your suspenders fit perfectly.

Step 1. Put on the the garment (ie. pants) that you intend to wear the suspenders with.

Step 2. Measure from the top of the back belt loop up over your shoulder down to the top of a front belt loop. Record the distance in inches.

Step 3. Select the nearest measurement in the size menu.

We'll take it from there! All suspenders come with 3" of adjustment.

BELT MEASUREMENT GUIDE

Follow these steps for the perfect fitting belt.

Note: please do not simply base the measurement on your pant waist size.

Option 1: The easiest method is to simply measure a belt that you already use. Measure from the tip of the buckle to the hole that you most frequently use. That length in inches is the size to be entered in the size menu.

Option 2: Put on the article of clothing (pants, dress, skirt) that you intend to wear the belt with. Measure the distance the belt will travel around you while wearing the garment. That distance in inches is what should be selected in the size menu.

Both of these methods provide the distance from the tip of the buckle to the centre hole on your new belt. There will be more 2 holes 1 inch apart on each side to adjust larger and smaller.
